Website privacy notice.

This notice covers the Sentinel marketing website operated by Speetu. It describes this website’s enquiry flow and local functionality, not a future customer monitoring deployment.

Contacting Speetu

The site enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not send your form entries to a website submission service. You review and send the email yourself. A copyable version is shown if an email application is unavailable.

If you send an email, Speetu receives the details you include, such as your name, company, email address, and site question, and uses them to respond and assess a potential engagement. Email handling involves the email providers used by you and Speetu.

Please do not include passwords, camera credentials, confidential site plans, or incident footage in an initial enquiry. If needed, agree a suitable exchange method with the team.

Website functionality and hosting

The supplied website code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The navigation, application explorer, and enquiry preparation run in your browser. Fonts and artwork are served with the site.

The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. For the planned Render hosting, see Render’s privacy policy.

Following an external link takes you to another service with its own practices. This includes the main Speetu website and your chosen email provider.

Questions and requests

For questions about your enquiry or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, contact info@speetu.com. Requests are assessed according to the applicable circumstances and obligations.

This notice must be updated if the website introduces a hosted contact form, analytics, additional providers, or different data handling. Customer camera monitoring, evidence retention, and deployment data use require their own agreed documentation.
